Welcome to the updated 211ct.org, read more about the new features.

211ct.org has an updated look and feel.  Since the 211ct.org website upgrade in August 2015, we have been reading and listening to your feedback about how to continue to improve the site. We have been working hard to incorporate your suggestions and are pleased to release this upgraded version of the 2-1-1 website and search engine. The new website features were added with generous support from the City of New Haven and include:

• Redesigned homepage – search the 2-1-1 database more easily by need and location
• Advanced filters– filter search results to quickly find what you need by:
  • Target population
  • Radius
  • Gender
  • Age group
  • Day of the week – plus an option to see what’s open now
• Resource cart – add community resources to a personal cart that can be emailed or printed
• Printing – print resources directly from the ‘Print & Share’ button on the resource card
